Description

Irinotecan (CPT-11, (+)-Irinotecan) hydrochloride est un inhibiteur de la Topoisomerase I (Topo I) qui présente une cytotoxicité dans les cellules LoVo et HT-29 avec des IC50 de 15,8 μM et 5,17 μM, respectivement.
